We provide sick visits for adults 18 and older to evaluate and treat common acute concerns—cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, UTIs, allergies, and other minor illnesses—by secure telehealth in Florida, Massachusetts, and Arizona, or in person at our Orlando office.
When you're sick, you want to be seen quickly and get back to your life. Sick visits are for the everyday illnesses that need attention now, not next month.
We evaluate your symptoms, determine what's going on, and start treatment the same visit—including prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy when appropriate.
Common reasons for a sick visit:
• Cold, flu, and COVID-19 symptoms
• Sore throat, cough, and sinus infections
• Urinary tract infections
• Seasonal allergies
• Skin rashes and minor infections
• Headaches, nausea, and stomach upset
• Pink eye and ear discomfort
Many of these can be handled entirely over video. When an in-person exam, a throat swab, or lab work would change the plan, we'll tell you directly and either bring you into our Orlando office or point you to the closest appropriate option.
Telehealth sick visits are available to adults located in Florida, Massachusetts, and Arizona. In-person appointments are available at our Orlando office.
Please note: sick visits are not for emergencies. If you're experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, signs of stroke, or any life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
